Happy Holidays! It’s the time of year for extending our hearts into the world through generosity, love, service, acknowledgement, shared meals, 
gratitude and gift giving. I love this time of year – the decorations, lights, connections with friends and family, and good food. It’s celebratory. And thank goodness this year, we have the option to get together in person! What a relief after last year in Covid lock down.
It does get busy this time of year, so be sure to create time to enjoy, rest, take care of yourself, and play.
